  • Green Chilli – 1
  • Red chilli Powder – 1/4 spoon
  • Dry mango powder – 1 1/2 spoon
  • Rock salt – 1 spoon

  • Water chestnut flour – 1/2 cup
  • Boiled potato – 1
  • Rock salt – 1/2 spoon
  • Oil for frying puri
