  • kidney Beans – 1 cup
  • Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin – 1/2 tsp
  • Bay Leaves – 2
  • Big Cardamom – 2
  • Cloves – 4
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
  • Red Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala – more than 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder – Less than 1/4 tsp
  • Tomatoes – 8
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Green Chilli – 1
  • Onions – 2 medium sized
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Green Corriander – 1/2 cup
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
