“Poha” which is also known as a flattened rice or a beaten rice is very commonly used in various types of dishes in India. What I have brought for you is POHA CUTLET, a very crunchy, appetizing and delightful dish. Poha cutlet is a quick dish which is easily digestible and can be prepared for breakfast, tea-time servings or house parties.

Ingredients

  • Boiled Potatoes – 8-9
  • Poha – 1/2 Cups
  • Ginger- 1 inch
  • Green Chilli – 2
  • Green Corriander – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Corriander Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Dry Mango Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin Seed Powder – 1/2 Cup
  • Salt – 1/2 Spoon
  • Oil – For Frying
