  • Potatoes – 9 to 10
  • Ginger – 1 ½ inch
  • Green Chilli – 2
  • Green Coriander – 1/2 cup
  • Dry Mango Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – More than 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – Less than 1/4 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – Less than 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – More than 1/4 tsp
  • Bread Crump – As per requirement
  • Green Coriander – 1/2 cup
  • Dry Mango Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – More than 1/2 tsp
